The website www.jolovies.com includes the online store of the company JOLOVIES L.P. and is legally represented, with VAT Tax Identification Number: 802160091, EUID/GEMI No: 171170806000 and Tax Office D (Δ) Thessaloniki and with registered address Karaiskaki 26, Thessaloniki, 54641, Greece. The visitor/user must read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services of the website and if the visitor/user does not agree then must not use the services and their content. The visitor/user is kindly requested to check the content of the terms of use for possible changes. The continued use of www.jolovies.com, even after any changes, means the unconditional acceptance of these terms by the visitor/user.

The use of such documents by this server is restricted for informational and non-commercial purposes only or is for personal use only and will not be copied, placed on another computer network or distributed through other media. There should be absolutely no interference with the documents. Any other use is strictly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted.

4. Ordering Products
Orders through the online store are concluding distance selling contracts, which are governed by the legal framework of Greek Law 2251/1994 (as it is in force today) and the amendments referred to in Presidential Decree 131/2003 (Government Gazette A '116 / 16.05. 2003).
The user has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, as long as the user is legally competent in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (if he has reached the age of eighteen and is not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities. "JOLOVIES" reserves the right to demand the return by the supervisor or guardian of any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
5. Return Policy - Right of Withdrawal
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can proceed with the product exchange/return process.
Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of receipt/delivery of the order.
All products belonging to the category "Underwear", "Earrings", "Makeup-Beauty" and "Tights" are not subject to exchange or return. All products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with protective stickers, intact with all tags and barcodes, not worn, not washed, not altered in any way and with original purchase receipt included. Otherwise they will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the customer's expense of the return cost.
When sending each order, our company checks the products for any defective parts or defective pieces. However, in case it happens and you receive a problematic product or the product is not what you ordered, you have the right to replace it free of charge or request a refund.
For orders that have not been received and have been returned to us by the transport company, then a refund is made on the card or to the payment method where the initial charge of the customer's order was made minus -5 Euros which is the cost of the company for the shipping and return to the company, cost which applies to shipments in Greece. The corresponding cost for shipments to Cyprus is -10 Euros, and for the other countries it is -15 Euros.
In case of exchange with another product you will be charged the difference in the amount of the products, if any. For orders where the payment choice was Cash on Delivery and have not been received and have been returned to us by the shipping carrier company, then for the next order the Cash on Delivery payment option will not be accepted.
For each order, in case of exchange with another product, the first return is free, while for each subsequent exchange you are charged -5 Euros which is the charge of the company for the transfer and return to the company, a cost which is valid for shipments in Greece. The corresponding cost for shipments to Cyprus is -10 Euros, and for the other countries it is -15 Euros.
6. Submitting a complaint
In any case where the consumer is not satisfied with the fulfillment of the order or for any other reason concerning the online store of the website, he has the right, within ten (10) calendar days from the presentation of the problem, to submit a complaint to the company. The consumer's complaint will be investigated immediately and the response will be sent to him by the company no later than ten (10) days after receipt, to his email address. When examining the complaint, the company reserves the right to contact the customer to clarify the circumstances that created the reported problem. In this case, the customer should facilitate by providing the relevant information to resolve the issue. In any case concerning the operation of the online store, the user, accepting these terms of use, has the obligation to follow the complaint procedure before choosing any legal proceedings, which in such a case will be considered abusive and rejected.
7. Discount Coupons
The Discount Coupons are valid "only" for non-discounted products and if a relevant date is indicated together with the Discount Coupon, until its expiration date.
8. Miscellaneous
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via email, in order to tell us if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. "JOLOVIES" does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that a product (or some products) is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the required details and we will send you the products you did not receive without any extra charge. In case of non-receipt of the ordered goods (and if an unreasonably long period of time has passed since the confirmation of the order), please contact a representative of www.jolovies.com. For your best and fastest service, we would recommend you to mention the order code that has been sent to the email address you stated during your order.
For any dispute arising from the use of the services or for any other reason of disagreement between the user and the company, applicable is the Greek law and the courts of Thessaloniki. In the event of a dispute regarding the current terms of use, between a user and the company, the user is obliged, before initiating any legal action, to contact the company within 10 calendar days from the occurrence of the relevant events. Failure to comply with this term constitutes a breach of an essential contractual term entered into between the user and the business. The original text of these terms of use and operating regulations is the original text in the Greek language. The website also provides an official translation into other languages. In case of discrepancies, the Greek language version applies.
